Fees and additional costs
If you would like to enroll as a student at Pforzheim University, you must provide proof (e.g. online banking statement, screen shot) with your enrollment application that you have paid the following fees/contributions
- 116 € student services contribution
- 70 € administrative fee
- 15 € student union fee
- 20 € fee for issuing your student ID (if no current ID is available)

Please make sure that you enter our school's name completely and correctly, otherwise we will not be able to allocate your payment.
In addition, please make sure to include your university internal applicant number (not to be confused with the DoSV applicant ID for Bachelor programs) - you will find this number on the notification of admission - and your name in the reason for payment.
Fees for Foreign Students and Secondary Students
The universities of the state of Baden-Württemberg charge tuition fees of € 1,500 per semester for foreign students and € 650 per semester for students in a second degree program. You can transfer these fees in addition to the semester fee to the above-mentioned bank account

Exceptions to the obligation to pay fees for international students
According to §3 LHGebG, international students who are not citizens of an EU/EEA country and do not have a German higher education entrance qualification are liable to pay fees. However, the law provides for a few exceptions.
You can use the following information form to assess your obligation to pay fees (before sending in an information form, please inform yourself carefully and only send us the form if you are unable to clarify your obligation to pay fees) and send it completed with the necessary supporting documents to the following address:
