Procedure for enrollment

Have you been accepted for your degree program or have you received a letter of admission? Congratulations! Now there is just one big step left before you can start your studies: Enrollment, also known as registration. Enrolling will make you a student at Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences.

Please apply for enrollment in the Pforzheim University application portal.

For degree programs with restricted admission:
Please send the documents required in the letter of admission with the signed application for enrollment by the deadline.

For degree programs without admission restrictions:

Please send the documents listed at the end of your application with the signed application for enrollment by the deadline.

Please note that the enrollment deadline is a cut-off deadline, i.e. if you miss this deadline, you will no longer be able to enroll and your place will be allocated elsewhere. If you are unable to submit individual documents by the end of the enrollment deadline, please contact our StudiCenter.

After your enrollment has been completed by the university, you will receive an email with further information to your private email address. Please make sure that your mailbox is clear.
