General fees:

• Students and members of Pforzheim University, students from other universities in Baden-Württemberg and pupils from some schools in Pforzheim:
  free of charge
• Guests: 
  20,- EUR per year

Reminder fees:

• First reminder: 1,50 EUR per unit
  Second reminder: additionally 3,00 EUR per unit
  Each further reminder: additionally 6,50 EUR per unit.
• If the total amount of all types of fees exceeds 20,- EUR, it is no longer possible to use the library services (e.g. lending, renewing, reserving, etc.)

Interlibrary loan:

• Handling fee
  for members of Pforzheim University:  3,- EUR
  for guests:  5,- EUR
• Copies:
  up to 20 copies free of charge
  for each additional copy 0,10 EUR
• Further costs may by added

Compensation fees for damages:

• Price of the purchased media
• Plus handling fee of 20,- EUR per unit
