How short are "critical raw materials"? This question was raised on Tuesday, 22 May 2012, by Lorenz Erdmann. The scientists at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research in Karlsruhe (ISI) reported as part of the Resource Efficiency Colloquium at Pforzheim University. Erdmann pleaded to an interested audience that this issue demands a differentiated approach.
