This semester the MBA office has returned to a beloved tradition and arranged for a traditional German Stammtisch. “Stammtisch” is the German word for “regulars' table" and means that once a semester the MBA students, staff and faculty get together for an informal group meeting as a friendly get-together in the closeby Gartenstüble, just across the street from the Hochschule.
For the students, and especially the ones that only started in the second semester with us, it was a great opportunity to chat to each other about their experiences on and off campus. It was also a nice chance for our program director Prof. Strotmann to find out from the new  students how they have been coping in the last couple of weeks since they arrived in Pforzheim in regards to being a student once again and being exposed to German culture and day to day life. The Stammtisch is also always a good opportunity to test your own German language skills in conversation with the MBA team members and faculty. We are already looking forward to our next Stammtisch.
