Semester opening 2018/19: Let the new MBA adventures begin

MBA Program Director and Vice Dean of the Business School Pforzheim, Professor Harald Strotmann, warmly welcomed new students to Pforzheim’s campus. The diverse cohort of new MBA students comes from seven different countries, including the US, China, Germany, India, Brazil, Colombia and Portugal. They have educational backgrounds in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electronics and communication, accounting, humanities, law, etc. After an information session, the new students were greeted by the second-year students who shared their MBA experiences thus far.
First-year students start their foundation courses in marketing, economics, accounting and finance, global supply chain, human resources management, information technology, statistics, and presentation skills. While the second-year students work on real company projects and delve deep into their specialized electives, including Digital Transformation and Marketing, Management of Consulting Services and Capital Raising and Investing, to name a few. All students will have many opportunities to network with surrounding companies, such as KPMG, Bosch, and JSC Automotive.
We wish the students a successful school year!
