As a participant, you transmit an audio and video signal when you enter the room, but you can also deactivate it. You may ask questions at any time using the chat function.

If you have not yet used Alfaview, please test access via the link and install the software before the event. The room is already accessible beforehand.

1. You need a Windows PC, Mac or iPad, preferably with a camera and microphone. Unfortunately, Alfaview does not work on smartphones.
2. Put on headphones, otherwise there will be feedback.
3. Click on the participant link. A window will open to enter the room. The first time, please click on "Download Alfaview" and install the software. Don't forget, otherwise it won't work. The installed software does not need to be started, it just needs to be there.
4. Enter your name and enter the room.
5. Accept the terms and conditions if applicable.
6. Voilà, you're in.
