A busy semester with lots of new knowledge, inspiring guest speakers and exciting excursions and company visits is coming to an end and everyone is ready for the summer break. After the last exam the 2nd semester MBA students gathered for the evaluation workshop to reflect upon the classes of the summer semester. The workshop helps students to look back and analyze what new skills they gained and also to give their feedback on the individual courses, workshops, excursions and other events such as “Guest in Classroom” or the “Alumni Meet Current Students” sessions.

The students´ comments are an important tool for the MBA team to find out what can additionally be done to support the students with their learnings and also in means of consistent quality assurance of the program.

The 2nd semester brought quite a change to the MBA batch, firstly because of the six new students in class and secondly because of the core specialization subjects such as project management, innovation management, strategic management and international business development etc. “This semester was like a relay race. You can’t run alone. It’s all about team work”, said one of the students when asked about his experience.

After an insightful session of reflections, suggestions and feedback, the students headed towards the Gartenstüble beer garden to celebrate their last day of the semester along with the MBA Program Director Prof. Dr. Harald Strotmann  and this MBA team.
