Our MBA students welcomed Gopikrishnan Badhrinarayanan, Principal (Director), IQVIA, to another one of our ``Guest in Classroom`` sessions, that allow the current students to get first-hand information from our guests and to network with executives from different industries. Gopi is a seasoned consultant with more than 15 years of experience in strategy consulting across several well-known consulting firms. He shared his journey from his pre-MBA days to his MBA at Pforzheim University and thereafter at all the firms he worked for. He has carved out his niche in the data and analytics domain in the life sciences industry as his career progressed. He explained to the students the importance of choosing a domain as a specialization in the latter phase of their career. Part of the event was a lively Q&A session where students asked Gopi various questions about his consulting experiences as well as his MBA experience to gain insightful knowledge from him. He was more than happy to discuss these aspects and help the students clarify many doubts and myths about corporate life, especially consulting. He also shared some key soft skills that the students should work on to succeed in their careers and life in general.
