Almost one year after submitting their theses we were finally able to meet our graduates in person  on campus to celebrate their achievement. Congratulations to all our former students of the class of 2020 who graduated from the MBA International Management program!
Together we recalled two years of hard work, the acquisition of essential soft and hard skills, inspiring encounters within the `Guest in Classroom´ or `Alumni meet current Students´ series, lots of networking during company visits, intercultural experiences within the batch, memorable excursions, informal events and many unforgettable moments. Most of these `now alumni’ are working for global SMEs and hidden champions, but also multinational companies in the meantime such as Amazon, Douglas, EY, KPMG, PwC, SAP, TeamViewer, Cariad, Phoenix or 1&1.
After welcoming the students, their guests and some of the MBA professors, Prof. Dr. Harald Strotmann, program director of the MBA International Management and some of the students reviewed the past two years with anecdotes and memories from different classes and excursions, before the congratulatory letters and traditional MBA mugs with the picture of the whole batch have been handed over to the individual students.
After everyone had toasted to their graduation, it was finally time for the graduation photos, where, in a nice tradition, the graduates tosses their hats in the air.
The graduation ended with a social gathering in the beer garden of the Seehaus where the new alumni and their guests, the professors and MBA team members could catch up with each other.

It was a real pleasure having you with us in our MBA program and to watch how you were growing personally and professionally during the course of your studies.
