On Friday we welcomed our students from the MBA International Management Class of 2023 to the campus to celebrate their graduation together with them.
Congratulations to all of you very talented and dedicated young people, who have come to Pforzheim from all over the world to gain new knowledge and skills to further your professional careers!!!
Hard work, the acquisition of essential soft and hard skills, inspiring encounters during the `Guest in Classroom´ or `Alumni meet current Students´ events, lots of networking opportunities, intercultural experiences within the batch, memorable excursions, and many unforgettable moments have characterized the last two years of their studies in the MBA. No matter how demanding the group work and how tight the deadlines, the students of the MBA Class of 2023 supported each other and grew together as a group, mastering all challenges.
After welcoming the students and their families and friends coming from near and far (some of them as far as Malaysia or India), Prof. Dr. Harald Strotmann, program director of the MBA International Management reviewed the past two years. He recognized the personal and professional development of the new graduates, before handing over the official MBA certificates and transcripts together with the traditional MBA mugs, that are showing the individual pictures of all students of the MBA Class of 2023. The informal part of the graduation closed with a presentation put together by the graduates of over 600 photos recalling some funny events, quality time spend together and milestones of the two years of study in the MBA.
After all students had toasted to their graduation, it was finally time for the graduation photos, where, in a nice tradition, the graduates could toss their hats in the air.
The official part of the celebrations for all graduates from the Business School and School of Engineering at Pforzheim University, took place at the Congress Center Pforzheim. Over 450 graduates and over 1500 relatives and friends filled the Great Hall for this very special event.
The graduation evening ended with a social gathering in a nearby restaurant where the new alumni and their guests could catch up with each other and some of the MBA professors.
