As every summer again this July  the semester ended with a small summer party. The leaving rector, Prof. Dr. Martin Erhardt, thanks institute director Mario Schmidt for his support of the program and the Institute in recent years, which were built during his tenure and led to success. The future Rector, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Jautz, promised tofurther support the activities and highlighted in particular the new master's degree program that begins in the summer of 2015. 

But previously some work had to be done. The fifth semester is the internship semester. In a colloquium, students presented their practical experience. The range of companies was again wide and ranged from Daimler, Bosch, Neff and Schaeffler to Witzenmann and Zeiss Oberkochen. Furthermore the international experience of the 6th semester was illustrated with reports from Mexico and South Korea. 

Before  the party started the outgoing rector, Prof. Dr. Martin Erhardt received many thanks for his support of the program and the institution. Both were built in his tenure and led to success. The future Rector, Prof. Dr. Ulrich Jautz, promised to support the activities further and highlighted in particular the new master's degree program that begins in the summer of 2015. 

An almost spontaneous combo of Professor (Hendrik Lambrecht on bass), students (Martin Hergenroder, guitar, Hendrik Gormanns, vocals) and (former) employee (Bettina Joa, guitar and vocals) then provided live music for the entertainment of the evening and showed that there are still hidden creative resources in the program.
