Rocío Carranza, Ph.D. in Economics and Business, is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the Faculty of Management and Communication at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR) and Assistant Professor of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, both in Spain.
Her main research interests focus on tourism, new technologies and service marketing, topics on which she applies Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) techniques.
Currently, Professor Carranza is involved in the areas of brand management for luxury and high-value brands. The purpose of her research visit is to develop a project which links her research lines with the ones of Professor Fernando Fastoso. This exchange will allow Carranza and Fastoso to develop new approaches and share information, publish research findings, and build new professional relationships between UNIR and Pforzheim University.
