According to the international Eduniversal ranking 2020, the Business School Pforzheim is the best business school at a university of applied sciences (HAW) in Germany.
In the category "excellent business school with reinforcing international influence", Business School Pforzheim is ranked third nationally in the ranking of all universities and colleges, and 11th in the overall ranking across all categories, making it the leader in the ranking of universities of applied sciences in Germany.
"We are pleased that we are once again recognized as the top-ranked university of applied sciences in Germany," emphasizes Professor Dr. Thomas Cleff, Dean of the Business School Pforzheim. "This ranking result confirms us in our strategy of educating students of business administration and business law in a practice-oriented way and with a clear focus on internationalization. The underlying vote of the rectors and deans shows that the quality of our teaching and research is perceived and appreciated internationally".
For the Eduniversal ranking, the rectors or deans of a total of 1,000 selected Business Schools in 154 countries worldwide are surveyed every year. They indicate, country by country, which of the Business Schools there have the best reputation and are considered internationally leading.

The international Eduniversal ranking
The Eduniversal ranking is based on a survey of rectors and deans of a total of 1,000 business schools and economics faculties. For each country, they indicate which business school they would recommend to a prospective student who would like to study in the respective country. The ranking thus reflects the international reputation of a country's business schools. The 1,000 universities that are eligible to participate in the ranking are selected by an international scientific committee. All continents are covered and divided into nine regions. Eduniversal is a global ranking and rating agency, specialized in the field of higher education, based in Paris.
